API Key Management

After subscribing to ZoneHero through AWS Marketplace and creating your account, you can obtain API Keys to access ZoneHero different regional endpoints.

Accessing the Deployment Page#

You can access the CloudFormation deployment page:

1. Immediately after completing the registration process
2. At any time by going to your AWS Marketplace subscriptions, and clicking on “Set up product”, and then “Set up your account”.

Understanding API Keys#

You are allowed a maximum of 2 API Keys per enrolled AWS account, and a key must be disabled before it can be deleted.

API Key changes may take a minute to propagate to all the regional endpoints.

API Keys are not used for authentication. IAM, with roles/users listed in the AdminUsersList when deploying the CloudFormation stack, are used for authentication. API Keys are only used for rate-limiting.
