Regional Availability

Default Regions#

ZoneHero is available by default in the following AWS regions for all customers:

• US East (N. Virginia) - us-east-1
• Europe (Ireland) - eu-west-1

These regions are automatically enabled and ready to use when you start using ZoneHero.

Additional Regions#

ZoneHero can be enabled in additional AWS regions upon request, including AWS opt-in regions. The only requirement is that AWS SNS (Simple Notification Service) cross-region delivery must be supported in the requested region. You can check AWS SNS regional availability in the AWS SNS cross-region delivery documentation.

Requesting Additional Regions#

To request ZoneHero activation in additional regions:

1. Visit our Support Portal
2. Submit a request specifying the desired AWS region(s)
3. Our team will review your request and provide activation details

Pricing Considerations#

While our standard pricing is $0.002 per LCU-hour in default regions, different pricing tiers may apply for deployments in other regions. When requesting additional region support, our team will provide specific pricing details for the requested regions.
